Barbara B Hull Ltd was established in 2019 as a successfully winning the bid for a NHS Trust in the Hull & East Riding of Yorkshire region, covering 48 sites. Barbara B Hull Ltd is owned by its parent company Barbara B s.c.s., which is a Social Cooperative based in Italy. With hard work, collaboration and dedication together managed to secure an additional tender for another NHS Trust in the Mid Yorkshire region.

In 2020, the world became victim to the Covid-19 Virus pandemic. Throughout those uncertain times, our team in Hull continued to work to keep our local NHS grounds and gardens looking tidy, inviting, warm and welcoming during a such a challenging period for our NHS staff and in-patients.

Barbara B Hull Ltd has since provided services for the Humberside Police authority and are regularly requested to help maintain and develop their memorial garden.

Barbara B Hull Ltd has a strong ethos in giving equal opportunities. We always try to source products and buy equipment from the local area, from small businesses wherever possible. We also believe in giving people a chance by collaborating with Bishop Burton College and offering apprenticeships to the future generations of gardeners, helping to develop the knowledge and understanding of the environments and nurturing green spaces.
